If you wish to exchange your purchased item for another size or design, please note this in your returns request.
On return of the original item to us, we will confirm stock availability of the product requested and then send you an email with any
changeover costs. Note that this will include the return shipping cost.
Once paid, we will send your exchanged item straight out to you.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also
notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method
of payment, within 5 business days. You will receive an email with confirmation of the refund.
We ship orders Australia-wide and aim to dispatch all orders within 24-48 business hours.
Standard shipping Australia-wide is $12.95.
Very heavy or bulky items may incur an additional cost. We'll contact you after you place your order if this applies and to discuss
options.

We offer the option for you to shop online and have your order packed up and ready to collect at our store in Nambour Plaza on the
Sunshine Coast.
Simply select 'Click n Collect' when purchasing.
Once your order is at the store ready for collection, we will call or text you.
