Returns

We value your satisfaction and strive to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience. Please review our return policy below:

  • 30-Day Return Policy: We offer a 30-day return period from the date of purchase for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Original Packaging and Completeness: Returned items must be accompanied by their original packaging and all included components/accessories. Incomplete items or items not in their original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Timely Return: Items must be received by our store within the 30-day return window to qualify for a full refund. Returns received after this period may not be accepted.
  • Notification of Missing Items: In the event of missing items from your order, please inform us immediately. We will work diligently to resolve any issues and ensure a satisfactory resolution.
  • Return shipping costs: Please note that these return shipping costs are at your own expense. If you mark the parcel as 'Return to Sender', we get charged a return fee by Australia Post. This fee will then be passed on to you.
  • Sale items: Only full priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your purchased item for another size or design, please note this in your returns request.

On return of the original item to us, we will confirm stock availability of the product requested and then send you an email with any changeover costs. Note that this will include the return shipping cost.

Once paid, we will send your exchanged item straight out to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days. You will receive an email with confirmation of the refund.

Shipping Costs

We ship orders Australia-wide and aim to dispatch all orders within 24-48 business hours.

Standard shipping Australia-wide is $12.95.

Please note:

Very heavy or bulky items may incur an additional cost. We'll contact you after you place your order if this applies and to discuss options. 
Allow approximately 3-5 business days for delivery, depending on your location.

Store Pick-Up

We offer the option for you to shop online and have your order packed up and ready to collect at our store in Nambour Plaza on the Sunshine Coast.

Simply select 'Click n Collect' when purchasing.

Once your order is at the store ready for collection, we will call or text you.
